Cambridge VIII. New classmates, new weather

My class have completely changed this week. We are three people and my other two classmates are Inga, from Hannover (Germany) and Hadeel, from Ryad (Saudi Arabia). Inga is the director in Hannover of the most important real estate company in Germany. Only her office manages more than 10,000 flats on rent in Hannover. Hadeel is chief broker in her country, she doesn't wear hiyab and she says there is not enough freedom in her country, neither for the women nor for the men.
I'm on lunch break and it is pouring into the street. The temperature is perhaps 15 degrees Celsius less than yesterday. Fortunately, things have returned to normal.

Inga es la directora en Hannover de la más importante empresa de gestión inmobiliaria en Alemania. Sólo su oficina administlrra más de 10.000 pisos de alquiler en Hannover. Hadeel es 'chief broker' en su país, no lleva hiyab y dice que no hay suficiente libertad en su país, ni para las mujeres, ni para los hombres.
Estoy en la hora del almuerzo y está diluviando en la calle. La temperatura es quizás 15 grados centígrados inferior a la de ayer. Afortunadamente, las cosas han vuelto a su cauce.
